Depending on the unique needs of each individual accustomed to our care, our fully-trained and friendly carers can help with a wide range of tasks including personal care, meals, transportation and companionship. Our Regulated Services
If a service user is unable to leave the house unaccompanied or just wants a carer to keep them company on a daily basis, our companionship service may be an appropriate alternative.
Our live-in care services provide your loved one with a dedicated carer who moves into your home to assist with everyday tasks and provide company around the clock.
We will provide experienced carers or support workers as a reassuring companion to accompany service users on shopping trips, visits, or to meet friends and socialise, ensuring that they have someone with them at all times should anything unexpected occur.
We can provide competent, compassionate staff to assist service users in getting up and ready for the day.
Similarly, if getting out of bed and undressed is becoming increasingly difficult, we will offer assistance at times that are convenient for the service user.
We arrange for carers to visit service users' homes and sit with them for any period, varying from half an hour to an hour and a half. This can be done on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis. We will always make every effort to match our staff as closely as possible to the situation of the service user in order to provide an appropriate service.
Our staff also stay with service users overnight in the event that they have problems during the night.
Our carers’ are available at all hours of the day to assist with bathing and other daily activities. They will help service users in entering and exiting the bath, drying, and dressing them while respecting the privacy and dignity of the service user.
